Frank's professional background includes over 20 years of service as a law enforcement officer, during which he served in local police agencies and acted as a contract liaison officer for Greater-Houston area neighborhoods and municipal utility districts (MUDs). After leaving law enforcement, he founded his own private practice, the Law Office of Frank Mitchell, PLLC, and dedicated himself to helping others with various criminal and civil legal issues.
